eGift Certificates are non-refundable. The price paid for a gift card or gift certificate never expires, but any promotional value expires one year from the date of purchase. Physical gift certificates are only available for in-person pickup. Gift cards and gift certificates may be redeemed online or by contacting the studio directly at info@levelupdancestudio.com. All gift cards and gift certificates are valid for any services provided at the studio, not only the services specified in the title.​
